NP Topical Prescriptions (Follow-Up)

• Note any changes since your last appointment: how your skin has responded, any side effects, and how consistently you have been able to follow the prescribed regimen.
• Bring your current products, or a list of them, including anything new you have added on your own.
• Arrive makeup-free if possible so progress can be assessed and photographed consistently.

A focused follow-up with N.P. Charlotte Osler to review your skin's response, adjust strengths or frequency, manage any irritation, and renew or refine your prescriptions. Bring your questions and be honest about adherence; the plan only works if it fits your real routine.

• You will leave with a clear written or documented plan: recommended treatments, timing, and any prescriptions sent to your pharmacy.
• If prescription skincare was started, follow the introduction schedule exactly; more is not better with prescription actives, and going too fast is the most common cause of irritation.
• Book any recommended treatments or follow-ups before you leave to secure preferred timing.

• None: A consultation has no treatment contraindications. It is required before injectable treatments precisely so that any contraindications can be identified safely.
• Minors: Clients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to attend and consent.
